Le poulet rôti est parfaitement assaisonné, juteux à souhait, avec une peau bien croustillante — un régal à chaque bouchée. "Estuvimos yendo cuatro días de la semana q estuvimos en Istres. Buena gente, buena comida, buen precio, cervezas a punto de congelación y trato excelente. Gracias Fernando(el dueño), hacia tiempo que no comía tan bien y tan barato. Nos quedo pendiente probar el cochinillo, pero es que hay que encargarlo un Martes para comerlo un Domingo, seguramente está espectacular, como todo lo que tienen. Un saludo de tus amigos Españoles."
